Type and routine tests are issued from our own testing centre under the ISO 9001 quality system. Certificates and test reports accompany every shipment — you should not have to chase paperwork after the vessel sails.

Manufactured to the standard on your specification
The governing standard decides which tables the conductor is verified against. Fix it at enquiry and the whole document chain follows from it.
Every drum arrives documented
A rejected drum is almost never a cable problem — it is a paperwork problem. We issue the document set before the vessel sails, so the goods and the file arrive together.
- Mill certificate for each production batch
- Drum list with lengths, weights and drum numbers
- Type-test report against the specified standard
- Routine-test record for the delivered lot
- Packing list and container loading plan
- Certificate of origin and shipping marks to your spec
Two different questions, two different documents
Type tests prove that a construction meets the standard — they are run once per design on a representative sample, and cover things like tensile strength, resistance, and ageing behaviour. That report is what your engineer checks at approval.
Routine tests run on the actual lot being shipped to you — continuity, resistance and voltage withstand on the production length. That record is what your inspector checks at delivery.
We hold both, and we send both. If your ITP names a test we do not run in-house, we arrange it at CEPRI or TICW and the third-party report comes with the shipment.
