OPGW & ADSS

Utilities put fibre on their own transmission routes to carry protection signalling, SCADA and, increasingly, commercial telecom traffic.

OPGW replaces the conventional earth wire with a cable that combines the shielding and earth-fault duty with an optical core — the right choice on new lines and rebuilds, where working at the top of the structure is part of the build anyway. ADSS carries no metal at all, so it can be strung below live conductors on an existing line without a shutdown.

Both are quoted against your span, structure and short-circuit data, with matched suspension and tension hardware.
